These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FinanzaPersonal (the "Service"), operated by the FinanzaPersonal team ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
FinanzaPersonal is a personal finance application that lets you track wallets, transactions, budgets, savings goals, debts, subscriptions, and shared group expenses. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use and is offered "as is" without any guarantee of accuracy of financial calculations. It is not financial, tax, or investment advice.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Plans, Billing & Payments
The Service offers free and paid subscription plans (FREE, PRO, ELITE). Paid plans are billed through bank transfer, and, where available, through our payment processor. Prices, plan limits, and features may change; we will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. You may cancel a paid plan at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without our written permission.
5. Shared Groups
Group features let you split expenses and settle balances with other users. You are responsible for the accuracy of expenses you create and the settlements you record. We are not a party to, and are not responsible for, any debts, transfers, or disputes between group members. Settlements recorded in the Service are an accounting convenience and do not by themselves move real money.
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of the financial data you enter. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to operate and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by its operator and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or other proprietary materials.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling follows our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any financial decisions you make based on the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email. Your continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable law of the operator's place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
